United States Team Penning Association collects your name, email, phone, mailing address and state when you buy a raffle ticket. We use them to send your tickets, contact you if you win, ship prizes, and meet tax reporting rules.

Card numbers are sent directly from your browser to Authorize.net and never pass through our servers. We keep only the last four digits and the transaction id.

If you win a prize that must be reported to the IRS, we collect your taxpayer identification number through the claim form. It is encrypted at rest and used only to prepare Form W-2G.

Winner names are posted publicly in the format chosen for each raffle (for example, first name, last initial and city). You can ask us to use a more private format by replying to your winner email.

We send transactional email about your orders and drawings. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside USTPA except the services that run this site (hosting, email delivery and payment processing).
